Q. If I’m a New Hampshire resident and I created my will in another State, should a New Hampshire attorney redo my will?

A. Yes.  The additional cost alone will usually make it worth your while to create a New Hampshire will if you reside here. If you do not create a New Hampshire will you will incur the expense of having your attorney deal with having the out of State attorney review the will and complete the Foreign Affidavit form. The other attorney will charge you too. A quote our office just received for having the other attorney do this was $600.00.
